Timings of meds...

Morning everyone. GCA since last September. Tapering on the 5 week, DSNS programme coming down by half mg, now on 9, heading towards 8and half. Meds are omeprazole at 7.30, pred with breakfast at 8-8.30, first Adcal at 11 ish, last at 9ish. AA still reluctantly, but in the weekly advisory way. Question...where is the best place to take K2....and perhaps magnesium because of leg cramps? I will try K2 via food...apparently sauerkraut is good, but it has to be the unpasteurised type. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you again.

I take K2 MK7 along with the calcium and vit D late morning or lunchtime. I don't take magnesium, but some people on the forum have said they take it at night because it helps with sleeping.

Thank you...that's really helpful. Also, it has been suggested that 2 squares of very dark chocolate are a good idea in the evening...so there are some good points 😉
