The first time I saw it was the NY after my younger daughter was born just before xmas by c-section. I lay on the floor holding my stomach and howling with laughter. It hurt so much! I still llaugh at it - nearly 40 years later.

I'm happy to say it worked....and I'm happy to say that I remember this from last year~! I'm thrilled that I remember!!!! and mainly thrilled that I've been a part of this awesome forum since 2019 ! A very peaceful and happy new year to all of you from a snowy Vancouver where we are staying with our daughter and family. Thankfully PMR is not a problem for me at the moment though other things have taken its place such as COPD and an operation for cancer. I really want to pray that for many of us 2022 will be the year in which we climb on top of PMR and begin to feel that the enemy is being defeated
