Thank you for your advice re steroid level preventing surgery

Thanks to so many of you who replied to me on this. After contacting my knee surgeon he said achieving 5mg a day was 'not written in stone' and that he will operate on 2 November if I can get down to +/- 10mg by then. So I'm working on it. Thank you so much.
