Good news today have had my appointment for my third Covid Vaccine next week. Also saw my Rheumatologist yesterday (first time for a good few years) and he was great. I was still struggling with a swollen hand and have not been able to straighten my forefinger for weeks, also having trouble with my foot and pain around my ankle. He gave me a booster cortisone injection in my thigh, today can bend my finger and walk without pain. All without increasing my Pred again. 😀
Hopefully third jab won’t leave me with anymore side effects. Thanks for all your replies.

Hi HollybeeGlad you had such a good appointment with the rheumatologist and that the injection helped so much. Reminds me of when I had one in my knee for OA years ago, it was like a miracle!
Good luck with the COVID jab - your surgery sounds on the ball too 😊x
Hi, Please remember to report any side effects to the Yellow Card Scheme on the gov website. It is important that people can make informed choices by viewing deaths/adverse reactions stats,Thanks
