Frying pans and fires. No sooner was I pleased with my luck at getting off pred in a year - quick diagnosis and action by my GP - than I was on the way to a diagnosis of Parkinson's. So I'd like to thank all you PMR and GCA sufferers for your companionship along the way. It was an enormous comfort to be assured that there are others out there full of advice and reassurance. Good luck with the good work. I'm off to another page now. Bless you.

Good luck 🍀 and best wishes.
Sorry to hear this, what dreadful bad ‘luck’. Sending best wishes, and hope it’s under control soon.
I wusk you all the best. I have witnessed "waccy baccy" having a marked effect on Parkinson's symptoms, (should I even write that? Too late now....!!!!!). Best Regards. LBM1953
Oh dear. Best wishes.
I wish you efficient knowledgeable doctors and all the best. Enjoy the sunshine and come back to visit. Beevbops
Good luck Montplo, my hubby was diagnosed with a form of Parkinson's last year, Jan 2020. He is doing well on the medication but he has had to slow down a lot, but then he is 79!
Hope you get a good specialist, we went private to get a diagnosis as the waiting list was so long. The specialist then put hubby on his NHS list.
Glad your PMR resolved but sorry to hear about the new challenge you’re facing. Good thoughts sent your way!
Bless you too. Best wishes on your new journey. Pop back anytime x
God bless you🙏💜
