Hi everyone, my wife and I are expats, moved to the states in 1965, three months ago, my wife who is eighty years old, healthy, suddenly came down with PMR/GCA, at point we had never heard of these maladies!

Since, I have genned up on these awfull deseases, and In so doing have discovered your wonderfull site, you are a family, and we hope to join in and become a family members, I would like to bring to the table a wonderull supplement that we know, shortened the period Eileen my wife went through after the diagnosis of PMR/GCA.

The Rhumatologist put her on 40 mgs of Pred, she had, had the temporal artery biopsy, and was in full blown distress, his diagnosis was it will take probably a couple of moths to see results, there will be a sudden drop of the deseases, then generally it slows down.

He ordered blood tests for 45 days, and then he would call her, at 46 days, he asked us to come in, terrified we went, he looked at my wife, and proclamation " you are back in the normal range, with no evidence you have had it" this is very unusual, but whatever you are doing, it is woking!

What she is doing is, drinking four cups of Greek Mountain Tea a day!, so as not make this a long post, here is the gen, the correct name for this tea is SEDERITIS, Google it, it is so high in anti inflamatorys, a German scientist working for Beyer Phama, said" if there is a health panacea for anti inflamatory property's it is Sederitis!, we are confident that this has greatly helped Eileen with her problem! she is now weaning off of the Pred, at 12.5 mg's now.

Please, look it up, read the scientific reports, it is a miracle plant, used by the soldiers in the iron age to heal heir wounds when cut, or speared in battle with iron weapons, as it would stop the infections, good luck to all,

Hi

Long may your wife continue to improve and I hope the tea works for her

However please be aware that if the Preds are doing their job ,keeping the inflammation under control blood test will show normal readings but unfortunately it does not mean it has gone ;

I think many of us try to do all we can to help ourselves but it is a waiting game PMR/GCA will go when its ready and not before.

I do hope your wife is the exception to the rile

Take Care

Rose

Thank you Rose, yes we are under no misconception about the nature of these two terrors! it was the suddenness of the know down of the two devils, I think it suprised he Rhumy also! and he has been practicing foe 44 years.

We understand that Prednisone can ee very quick with its action, as her Rhumy knew nothing of the tea, it appeared to us he was suprised at such quick results!, we still have a lot to learn about this subject, and know that it is like a thief in th e night, it can strike without much warning!hopefully it doesnt, but time will tell!

thank you for your reply.

Since reading your post researched on net and it seems the tea has many health benefits, so thank you for sharing. There was one site that came with a warning that mentioned it could lower blood pressure. Great for those with high blood pressure but needs thought possibly for those with lower blood pressure already? Might give it a try as I don't have blood pressure problems at present and do love my cuppa!
