Brain Fog

Lately I’ve suffered from some awful bouts of brain fog. In cruising the net I found this simple article and it reminded me what I needed to focus on. I had increased my coffee and sugar intake, probably more carbs than necessary lately also. A bit more stress right now added to that with an extra glass of wine thrown in and you have the perfect mix for brain fog. I have made corrections and feel better already 😎.

Good for you! Caffeine, sugar, alcohol all reduced (or eliminated 😉) - problem solved.

Not sure. Look at the sugar content. I gave up my evening glass or two of red wine last October and after the first two evenings my first real craving was a couple of days ago. I had a glass of water instead 😂. What a goody-goody!

Thank you that was a very interesting read and rings true for me.

I'm always wary of unreferenced articles which blithely state 'research shows' but this all seems like good common sense.

It looks like you hit the blue or green words in the article and they take you to a reference or another of his articles with embedded numbered references. Not very straightforward.
