Hi all, I'm just sharing some information I gained today about Patient Access, they are having a "technical glitch" in the use of their app and Android devices. If you do use this combination then some of your patient record information is probably missing. The information is still there but only shows up if log in using your computer. Quote below from a support team member.
"I've spoken to the development team and it appears this is a known issue and the team are working towards resolving this ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience.
In the meantime, we would suggest using a desktop computer to access all your records."
