I only found this forum 2 months ago and wish I had known about it from the beginning of my diagnosis a year ago. It has made all the difference to my continuing journey, having struggled a few months ago with tapering and not knowing what was happening when it was not going well. Thank you to all. To those with the expert knowledge and understanding and also to those who add personal comments from their own experiences. I still have a lot ahead of me and no doubt will have blips along the way but this forum has enabled me to increase my understanding and awareness and therefore hope for future progress. It has taken me since April to realise that I had then reached my lowest dose and from then until now to get back to just above that level and to begin to think I have found the correct point to stop for a while before starting a DSNS taper. I need the mental rest from trying to work it out! Amazing forum! A daily read or a look back over previous posts always adds a new perspective. Thank you all. 👏👏

Thank you!
It is amazing, it helps you to take charge psychologically and that is empowering.
I’d echo that completely, I so appreciate the forum especially those who always take time to respond. I wouldn’t like to be without it.
