I wanted to thank everyone for their support during my downer period. When I hear from all of you, it makes me feel less alone and adjust my thinking. Suzy said to turn down the volume on the self critical thoughts and let the nurturing thoughts come through loudly. I had been doing a lot of beating myself up and this really helped.
For me, I feel that with Fibro, GCA, and PMR that it is normal to feel discouraged and down at times when going through a bad period, but just remember to reach out and know you are not alone.
I am trying some new supplements for Fibro exhaustion. I will see how that goes. Also, I liked that someone said to exercise when you can so you will be at your best when you do feel better. That is a hopeful way to look at it. Instead of what I cannot do, but helping prepare my body for better days.
