So we were just watching a documentary in the US that originated in the UK about alcohol and new drinking guidelines in the UK. A hangover remedy that had some success was borage oil in capsule form because of its anti-inflammatory effects. I’m wondering if anyone with PMR has had any success with borage oil for PMR pain?
