I use the massage oil and it does help although I am prepared to believe it is the rubbing and placebo. I don’t like the drops. I only tried one drop once, I’m too chicken regarding side effects and it is illegal in Australia so it would have to be imported via internet and that’s too risky for me. Xxxx
I have been taking it for about 6 weeks. My PMR is in remission but I have very painful hand joints and a host of other symptoms which may be lupus or Sjogren’s. The changes were subtle but when I went to Spain for a few days I didn’t take my oil - it’s too expensive to risk confiscation! I quickly noticed that my hand inflammation got much worse and the acid reflux, which had disappeared, had returned. Back home again and back on the oil the benefits have returned. It’s worth a try - you have nothing to lose but loads of money!
I've been using daily. I think it all depends on the quality of the oil.I certainly don't think its a cure, but certainly won't do you any harm either. i have supplied two of my friends Mothers , both in terrible pain with Arthritis, and both have said how much better they have been since taking it!. I'm early stages of PMR, so I've been open to anything.

While people have had some help to some degree taking CBD, there are also some medications that can be adversely affected by CBD. Always use caution when first using it.
I use CBD oil as I cannot use the steroids they don't agree with me. It seems the oil has to build up in you and you need to find for yourself what strength and how you take it and how often. I use the 800 spray twice a day with a third if I need it. There is also drops and capsules. It does help but probably won't remove all your pain. Some days it does and others it doesnt with me.
I was told off the record by my rheumatologist to try it.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate all the advice I have received, nearly all positive with a few warnings. Am going to give it a try even if it does not help the PMR pain relief from other pain without asking more painkillers would be welcome. I’ll post when I feel I have reached a point worth sharing!
I also find it helps calm my IBS
I've tried it, and it makes me very sleepy !! not sure it helps with pain though. Useful for wakeful nights!!!
Thanks, that could be very helpful!
I was using it in the summer and think it definitely helped me with my 10 to 9 taper. I was even fleetingly feeling my old self!! That was short lived however after a fall in October which just brought the whole symptoms back so back up to 12 for a month. I will keep using the oil in the hope that it wasn’t coincidence 🤞
I tried topical. Really didnt feel any improvement. Prefer tiget balm
Tried sublingual drops. This made my mouth so dry. Lips stuck to teeth.
In short for me cbd is no answer
After tapering off of prednisone I am trying 750 mg capsules one daily. I does ease some pain but I find myself having to take 1-2 mg prep tablets some days.
So tired of this. Affects strength, stamina, sleep, exercise and all daily routine tasks.
I just recently started Pure Kana CBD oil and it has made such a difference. I am loving it!
I purchased the 600mg and use 1/2 dropperful twice a day.
That is great, so pleased for you. I hope it continues to help, I found it really good for a while but it did not last and am not taking it now, however that may not have even the CBD, so many different factors seem to be at work!
