Thank you for your encouragement and kind words yesterday. I felt really bad after some not too good test results and you advice and kindness really helped. It is Australia Day here in Aus today, and I have the family coming over for lamb on the barbecue. I feel a bit more positive, no real stiffness or pain today so I am going to stay with 6.5mg for now. It’s amazing how emotional and fragile you can feel on receipt of some disappointing news. Anyway, not the end of the world by any means and today is another day. Thanks again, you really helped me and I am grateful. Xx

Thank you for yesterday.
Happy Australia Day!
Eat the lamb , enjoy the company .
Love yourself , look after yourself and lots of luck.
6.5 , the beginning of a phase of Fatigue and Frayed Emotions , but also the beginning of a phase of changes , future possibilities and a big dollop of Hope.
New Diagnosis after the strength you have aquifer coping with PMR and the coping strategies of Acceptance and Adaption that you are mastering will be easier to come to terms with after the initial deflation in spirit than it was when you got your PMR diagnosis because you already know you can survive and prevail.
Celebrate all your small achievements , hold onto those silver linings and pace yourself with patience , all of these things will help you in this trying and tiring time.
Take care xx
