I wanted you all to receive the thanks you deserve! I have just had nearly 4 days of family wedding celebrations! Without the advice I’ve taken on board from you all I would never have survived - or participated! I’m a year in and reducing. I adjusted my timing to suit and accepted the effects on my body from all the increased activities of walking, standing, stair climbing etc!! I’m now coming out the other end , with really great and positive memories! Without your advice I would have been in meltdown!!

Grateful thanks!

Sounds great! 🌻

That’s Excellent News! Sometimes we have to pace ourselves or make adaptations to plans and/or do less so we can be part of the important things.

Today, l’m still a bit tired & gorgeous Grandaughter will be arriving very soon but we’ll have an hour of fun on the bed & that way l don’t get too exhausted but won’t miss out on the fun!
