After a very busy, productive day I am having an early night so have just relaxed in bed with my v pillow! When it occurred to me that some of you may not have come across a v pillow let alone be benefitting from using one. My OH bought it for me a few weeks after I broke my shoulder as he thought it might help. It has got to be the best present he ever bought me especially since it was under £20. I take it everywhere with me! I even took it and used it on the plane, used it in bed and on the coach trips during our recent river cruise holiday.
It supports head, neck, shoulders and arms so well and you can adjust the position of it to suit you. Great all round support. Highly recommend for those suffering discomfort in bed.

Bee also has a body pillow which encouraged me to get one and its something thst really helps people uncomfortable in bed to get some sleep
It defitely worth trying these things if they are not too dear, as you never know what might make a difference. My OH loved his v pillow after his spinal surgeryxx
On most smart phones the are gifs that are prerecorded 1sec or 2 sec videos of some daft. Most phones keyboards have then. Up to now I couldnt use them ion HU. But last night found that I could. Second issue... Not everyone can see them.
I have often wondered if it was beneficial to get one- it made sense. Your recommendation has certainly made me think again- I always feel so uncomfortable reading in bed even with pillows arranged as an armchair.
I’ve been told to get one of those. Helps the old hip snd back pain
Hmmm I think I am compelled to give it a go too. Would you recommend a firm memory foam...orthopaedic...or standard filled? There are so many to choose from! Hollowfibre...duck feather and down! I don't know which one to go for....
I would check them out in person if you since we are all different. Mine is hollow fibre since duck feathers seem to dig in me and memory foam didn't seem appropriate as I want to adjust the pillow. I have a wonderful memory foam mattress though. Hope you find one that suits.
We've been using them for years in our family. But we don't call them V or delta pillows. Many years ago my youngest don wanted to get into bed with his Nanna who lived with us. She said there wasn't quite enough room in her single bed. He argued, but there is, you've got a 2 persons pillow! And this name continues to this day!
