Now my brain is working I realise my mistake.

It's Cortisol and/or Adrenaline which caused my issues.

I knew it didn't sit right but couldn't put my finger on it.

Took 7.5mg today....will await the outcome. Hoping now I am back on form that I will have no problems. Fingers crossed.

What brought you to this decision? Increase back to 8mg?

Are you using a slow taper - plenty to choose from - see Pinned Posts

I am glad you feel better. Like DL I wonder how you came to your conclusion. Personally I am never certain what ails me these days.

Btw the doctor on Magnesium was good. I swallowed some whilst listening to him. Thank you for posting.

I am really pleased with how I am feeling.

My CRP was down 3 points at my blood test last week...12. something from 15.

I think the PMR is at bay....it's just getting off the steroids is the issue.

I have lots of energy which for me is good, not sure Mark is so happy :)
