Does anyone know why suddenly I cant reply or write new posts for this site using my ipad? I can write the reply, but pressing the reply or post button does nothing other than delete my message.. I have tried rebooting the ipad.
Its Ok using the main computer (which isn't as convenient)

I had a bit of trouble this afternoon on the iPhone. Very frustrating!
You could try deleting & reinstalling, see if that helps?
I had trouble via iPhone this pm too. I closed the HU tab and reopened.
It was your reply Soraya that led me to deleting the cookies, which has solved the issue. Thanks for your input
Just in case you don't see my other replies, I have solved my problem by deleting cookies. Thanks for your suggestion
Any of the above can be done - if in doubt switch it off is my motto.. It could be that hu updated software or your iPad updated itself. Occasionally these blips happen.
There was an Apply update yesterday - so that may be it. Do you use HU App? I find that’s a bit more problematic- so ditched that and go to main site usually.
I do use the main site DL, & have solved the problem by deleting the cookies. Thanks for your suggestion
P.S. I don't know how technically minded you are but isn't there an option in settings that allows you to choose that they ask your permission before they update. Or is apple still a fairly closed system? I am an android person but I choose that option then I control which apps and widgets update and when.
Thanks Poodadoop. I do have that option set up, but the issue has been resolved by deleting cookies
I can only use my I phone. I pad does not work.

I’m so glad you have solved the problem Janstr. Hopefully these answers may help others who have similar issues. I will turn off replies now we have got to the bottom of it.
