How do you take it? Dosage etc. I often think that I should give it a go. I need something on lower dose Prednisalone. Thanks for the link.

I take a full spectrum tincture under the tongue throughout the day as I feel I need it with any achiness, usually 6 to 10 mgs per dose. But we need to remember everyone is different. I started out at lower dose for a week and worked up to a total of 30 to 45mg/day taken in 3 or 4 doses. Been taking it for 5 months now. I had never had a panic attack, but back in the weeks before I began the cbd I had 3. Awful experience. Have not had any since taking cbd oil. I also use a cbd oil salve for spot aches and pains. It works very fast for me. I was stuck at 50mg pred back in Oct before cbd and am now at 15 1/2 and will be going down again in a few days if I am still feeling ok. I go down in small increments but at least am headed in the right direction which is more than I can say before taking cbd oil.

Thanks for this. I am reluctant to try CBD as it potentially effects all meds that are metabolised in the liver. I don't understand the full science but it effects p450 enzymes which means drugs metabolised in the liver may make meds "stronger" or "weaker".

Thank you!!! I listened to the entire podcast and he answered questions that I needed to know about dosing. I have CBD oil but didn't get much instruction about how to use. It really helps anxiety almost immediately and now I'm going to see how it does for pain. I don't think I was taking enough before. Also there are links for more info. He's the first Dr that I have heard.

Yes, helps me too, mostly at night if my body won’t relax, or to help with the pains the occur when tapering to the next level.

You're welcome. I wish I had discovered cbd oil sooner. I've been listening to other podcast/videos of Dr. Blair and also other doctors and researchers concerning how it works and how to use it. Our endocannabinoid system is truly amazing.

I bought some in Amsterdam and started the dose on6/3/19. The bottle says 2.5% ... take 3-4 drops 3 x daily. I have been taking 2 drops 3 x daily and now I've read the instructions properly, I'll be taking the correct dose from now on!!!

I have no idea what 2.5% means... any ideas?
