On this Thanksgiving Day in the US I'm so thankful for this group! I don't post much, but I read the posts every single day. It helps me so much in this lonely PMR venture. I'm 2.5 years in & slowly reducing using the DSNS method from 5mg to 4mg right now. I come here to find hope & help. Thank you!

I felt lost and bewildered when I was first diagnosed, although glad to have a diagnosis at last. My rheumy was very good and gave me various booklets about the illnesses which were useful, but the very day of my appointment with her, I found this site which has proved even more useful as well as reassuring. I'm so glad I did.
