...well the knee pain is still there... oh and the foot pain... but I can see clearly and it is going to be a bright (bright) sunshiny day! In fact the sun JUST this second popped through!🌞
Ohhhh thank you!!! Top photo; reading glasses, round, beige, copper marble tortoise shell like. And bottom photo (long distance) are more traditional shape, but kind of red, brown, gold, tortoise shell like.... Hey I though £129 for two pair of glasses was fab! : )
It was a Kickstarter project about 9 moths ago (Google Kickstarter) a small group of French entrepreneurs.... they had some high quality, nicely designed styles. So I made the investment and got two pair of glasses for £129! Unfotueately my prescription changed and I had to have new lenses put in.
I want some! They're super! I need to get some binoculars to see clearly! My recent pred dosage error - this morning I looked more closely with curtains drawn (I.e. More light) and lo and behold....the tablets have numbers on them. YEs! corresponding with dosage...(Apart from smaller number ones). Turns out I have probably had three days on 13.5! I hope I've sorted now! What a complete plonker! Bouncing to be followed by crash and burn as I return to 9.5! I used to be very organised!
Ohhhhh nooooo! Maybe you won't even notice! 😳 Thank you!
Cool Glasses Mrs 👓
Glad you’re all sorted & you look so much brighter in yourself 🌺💗

Thanks Mrs Nails! Not seeing sucks! Not being able to walk, sucks too, but seeing everything blurry, is awful! How's that new grandbaby?

Hey, glad you can see again! Just called into see Charlotte on our way home, she’s been to a Sensory Class today with Daddy on his lunch break, they seemed to have a good time!
She’s doing well, very smiley & sleeps well but has a 0-10 in nanoseconds tolerance when it comes to food!......
Asked if there were any baby sitting gigs coming up but nothing at the moment!
Shall post my latest news after dinner!

Ooooooooo, too cute! I'd rather be seeing Max when he doesn't have tonsillitis and an ear infection, but hey... what can you do?
Maybe he'll be calm and cuddly! Yeah right! 🤣 He's a firehouse, healthy and/or sick!
Nice giggers Melissa - I have almost dispensed with my latest specs- my eyesight seems to alter almost every day - and is blurry with them on and off - lucky cos I don't have to - or can't much see myself in the mirror !!
Hey Cheers Rimmy! Yes it was pretty weird not being able to see with or without glasses! I wore the long vision glasses going home from optometrist yesterday and it was like a whole new world! I could see FACES and detail! I only ever wore them for telly and cinema... not for walking around.... enlightening! Xxx
I've been studying those lenses and where had I seen them before - I've got them! - don't wear them had forgotten about them, they were part of a selection you can send for, originally for hubby, but were too small for his big head so I had my lenses put in instead. They are really nice on you and suit you well! There are places popping up in the town now that do the cheap frames. We also have a chap running a shop who will change lenses in your existing frames for half the cost of high street prices. Some high street opticians won't change lenses in a frame more than two years old! This chap is so good at his job he has changed a favourite pair of mine over 20 years old. Happy viewing!! xxxx
