I had such a good time today. I met some lovely people and enjoyed all the interesting presentations. I hope everyone got home as quickly as the dreaded replacement bus services allowed. Thank you for all the hard work in preparing such a great day

From what I have heard from friends it’s not worth visiting any more, too too full! Perhaps if the meetings were in November or March it would be OK.

I’ve been a few times, always November, January, February ( not carnival time) it’s fine then and cool so sightseeing is comfortable

I agree! in the early 60ties we used to live in Bavaria and often travelled to the Gardasee. Used to try and avoid it in the summer - too hot and “smelly”!😏

I found it so reassuring to know that some clever and dynamic medical people are taking a serious interest in our conditions. However wouldn't it be nice if more funding was available for research? Not to get too political, if only we were less dependent on the profit-hungry big pharma companies for developments.

Without big Pharma we would be in a lot worse state! Who else would develop the drugs? It takes around ten years to bring a new drug onto the market and on average costs two billion dollars.
