Just been to my first yoga class. Fantastic! The leader specialises in people with Parkinson's, and all the rest of the class either have Parkinson's or are a carer. I don't have Parkinson's, but many of my physical symptoms are very similar. The leader was very caring, had a long chat and checked on my abilities and challenges. The result was fantastic. I felt relaxed and enjoyed the exercise very much. Roll on next week!

That's wonderful to have found this very special class! The teacher must be an amazing person.

I think so. I am sure he would not be in the top ten yoga classes in the country, but the content, level and attitude is exactly right for the intended participants.
