Hi ive had gca pmr for 4 years now ,im off pred and my hydrocortisone has been restarted for my Addison's Disease. Im on 25mg hydro and a fludrocortisone pill everyday .Im on 20mg self inject methotrexate once a week.Im also a type 1 diabetic ,who suffers from Aps hughes syndrome ,or sticky blood all autoimmune illnesses .I have barrettes osaphagus and have had an operation for achalasia ,an autoimmune illness where couldn't keep food down, its fine at present since op in 2012.Autoimmune illness does cause fatigue I should know got plenty of them ,also had vitiligo since childhood. Ive learnt to pace myself,i walk a bit and have a dip in the baths now and again, but in the main slowed right down 54 going on 84 in terms of movement and fatigue.Iys good to see Pmr pro still providing great advice aswell as dorset lady and all the other good folk on here .Keep on keeping on fellow sufferers.

Oh lord, that's a lot to deal with. Hope you get relief soon. I'm sure you've tried everything but I'm reading a book called the Whall's Protocol. It's by a Dr who has MS but its for any autoimmune condition and has a lot of self-help advice about diet, environmental factors etc. You might find it interesting.

Sorry, that should be Wahl's Protocol.
