Hello All

I looked forward to reading the daily messages that I received through e-mail.

They have suddenly stopped and I don't know why or how to reinstate them. Can anyone help, please?

Hi Val,

Go to your account - on top of banner. Select account settings and check that you have ticked relevant selections under Communities.

It might be worth unticking, then re selecting, and save before you leave page.

I was unable to open the daily newsletters this week and finally deleted my account and reinstalled it, and that got me going again.

You may also want to add the email address from the updates to your address book. I've had a similar experience and discovered that the updates I was getting were suddenly ending up in my junk mail instead of the inbox.
