I am out of bed flu gone

No I won't be going anywhere for a few more days .

I mostly wanted to share the distinction between PMR and the flu. It was as if they said you get this half I take this one. It was weird I thought my PMR might flair but it didn't...and Tylenol and ibuprofen worked great on the fever it has never touched the PMR pain.

I am craving a beer go figure. Well it is warm here in CAlifornia.

Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts.

So glad to hear you're feeling better and did not have to deal with a flare. Remember - easy does it.

Great news Lin. Flu really punishes the body so feet up in that Californian sunshine. Take two beers with you. Save the walk back to the fridge :)

Delighted to hear you are feeling much better. Now you can enjoy the sunshine with a beer.

I'm so pleased you are feeling better.

Thanks all of you but I turned the corner back to the flu. Last night Wonder up sweating and getting up changing pjs then later had to also change sheets on bed. I don't feel so good so instead of beer I am drinking green tea with pomigrant.
