I haven't so I hope it's OK to just turn up without a ticket.

I've had an email saying that the Annual Report will be available in hard copy - that was dated 13 June. And I'm assuming that means I'm expected!

I haven't had an email even though I emailed them last week to ask if I'm expected. Strange...

If you sent a cheque to pay, then I'd assume you are expected - or try calling he helpline to see if anyone can help. Or maybe they didn't get your cheque until after the 13th? The charity runs on part-time and volunteer involvement, so is not able to be as super-efficient as a larger, cash-rich organisation....

They cashed my cheque in May so I guess I must be expected. I might call them tomorrow. Thanks

Hi. We sent out invitations to all members who gave us their e-mail when they joined, and hard copy invitations to all other members. If you didn't receive one of these, I'm really sorry. For everyone who responded to the invitation - thank you, but I'm afraid we really couldn't personally acknowledge each response, especially as they have been a mix of letters, e-mails and phone calls sent over the past 6 weeks. We really appreciate everyone who let us know they are coming or not able to attend, and are looking forward to meeting everyone tomorrow.

Please, if you are not a member and didn't receive an invitation, do let us know if you are coming. We have to book a room based on the number of people we are expecting, and also order food for a certain number of people. We are more than happy to accommodate more than that, but we really do need to know!

Thanks. For any more info, please send me a message via this forum and I'll be happy to help.

I am in London tomorrow, where is this being held and at what time? How much is it to attend and could I just turn up on the day? Thanks in anticipation. Ron

Hello Ron. It's at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations in All Saints St, London N1 9RL near Kings Cross at 11 pm. It costs £10 but you have to be a member of PMRGCAuk. You could try just turning up. If you're not a member they might let you join on the day. Badgergirl

Hi Ron

It's the AGM and Members' Day. We sent out an invitation to all members but if you've only recently joined you may not have received it. It's fine to come along but do let us know as we need to make sure we have enough space (and food!) for everyone. We're asking for £10 to cover food/refreshments (it actually costs us more than that but we wanted to make sure it was affordable). If you'd like to come, do e-mail info@pmrgcauk.com today to let us know and we'll send you the invitation and programme etc.

Thank you for there information, as you know I did get there in the end as I had an earlier hospital appointment close by. Very interesting meeting!

A good time was had by all! I'm just about recovering but the payback hit my knees for whatever reason.

I was in so much pain, with dreadful stiffness, the next day that I couldn't even undress myself for bed or lift the toothbrush to brush my teeth. Travelling always takes it out of me.
