Dont know when the book will be available but it could be as I type.

I don't have a Kindle either but did want to read the book and could not wait for it to come out in print. If you have a computer you can download for free a Kindle app. from Amazon and the book can be sent to you that way. Really simple , the instructions are all right there on the Amazon site right with the book info. Hope this helps.

good evening Merk.since starting on pred late March 014 & finding this brilliant site i feel i am spending to much time in front of laptop {eyes} I would prefer a book so that i can lay on top of bed with feet up & chill, Read a bit then rest.,once again thanks for info will see how it goes.Daved

Spoke to Kate (author) several times - wee bit on myself in the book - and it's at proof at moment so shouldn't be long until in paperback. Having been on 20mg Pred (May 2013) I've just started my 3-week 0.5mg step down to 4mg. Will listen to my body and work with the PMR as I do the Durham Parkrun (5 km) tomorrow morning. Sorry it all went a bit quiet on the book, but we hadn't quite appreciated how long the process takes. Have been through the first proofs and all ok. Tomorrow I'm going to approve the final proofs with the cover, and after that it will take a week for printing the first batch. Then as soon as we have them I'll be posting about how to order. The price will be £5.99 plus £2 p and p. Each book will cost £2.80 to print and the balance, just over £3, will go to PMRGCAuk. The same amount is going to PMRGCAuk for each ebook sold as well.

Great news Kate - one quick question. What if we purchase 10+ copies (for friends, family and work colleagues)? Would there be a reduction of postage costs for bulk orders as I'd rather most finds go to PMRGCAuk as opposed to the Post Office
