THE GOOD NEWS (NOT PMR RELATED)

BEAT the Virus I had 2 weeks before leaving on my trip. Thanks for the how to get well advice.! Flew to Alaska and met my new Grandson. (my first baby's baby!) Stayed 8 days.. and now back home.. tears leaving him of course but that's the price of such joy. PMR behaved itself and I was able to carry him, hold him and play with him non-stop!

He’s beautiful yogabonnie, just holding one of those makes everything better. Is that your son?

So glad that you kept well. You have a massive incentive to regain your health and strength now. The happiest days are when babies come. 💞

I wondered about you as you had gone 'silent'. Glad that it was not from illness but from 'love'.
