Image Guided Biopsy of Kidney

Hi! I hope I am posting this question in the right group.  I was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer & I am having surgery tomorrow to remove lymph nodes & take biopsies. I had an MRI that showed I have 3 small "simple" cysts on my kidney. With my history, my doctor wants me to have an interventional radiologist do an image guided biopsy later this week.  From what I have read, that can be very uncomfortable.  Anyone had this done and would be willing to provide any insight.  Thanks in advance!!
