pudendal neuralgia

hi,

i have hypersensitivity and an ache in my deep left pelvic floor since childbirth 4 years ago. Have been under the pelvic pain clinic, had physio, emdr and no improvement. Can anyone recommend a pudendal neuralgia specialist in London please

what are you symptoms and are you on any medication?

I have tried amitriptyline, Pregabalin and duloxetine - all made me feel spaced out and terrible. It’s a deep ache by my left sit bone that worsens with sitting, bowel movements and sex. It gets worse throughout the day and is terrible by the time I lie down in bed. I have done physio and that’s helped my hypertonic pelvic floor but that specific pain is no better. I don’t know if it’s PN or Levator Ani Syndrome
