I have had pain in my perinium for over a year now. This pain is manifesting to my glutes and side of thigh. The pain in my perinium also comes with feeling of a lump between my legs. I have had 2 MRI scans and nothing has been diagnosed. I am at a loss now and looking for help Thanks

It could possibly be Pudendal Nueralgia. I had the sensation of a lump at first, as if I was sitting on one but there's nothing actually there. Although with PN you'd get shooting pains and difficulty sitting down.
Hi, it sounds like you have hypertonic pelvic floor muscles. The lump you feel could be a trigger point in the muscle. You need to see a pelvic health physiotherapist, as this problem won't go away on its own and can cause debilitating symptoms.
sounds like pudendal neuralgia you should contact Dr Greenslade at the Bristol Pain Clinic he is an expert in this field who has helped me no end.
