OK, I'm asking for real. Has anyone with butt pain used, or thought about trying out a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) pillow?

Wel,.I looked this up, having never used one, but it seems like a good idea if you are having problems around that area. Let us know if you do try it. Best wishes.

Thanks for replying! I'll certainly report back if I purchase one.

never heard of this kind of pillow.

Do you have any issues with your spine? I found out I have bulging disks and that has been the source of my pain.

I thought maybe some ligaments but I'm believing it's more muscular. I hope now that you identified the source you are getting better!

I'm ok. No the doctors don't want to do anything yet. Tried sending me to therapy with no results

Here's one of many on Amazon. Some are cheaper. I think it may relieve buttock pain but be very stiff under the thighs.

I don’t know what happened to my first reply to Susan so I’ll post again. The best cushion I’ve found is from cushionmyassets.com. It’s called the twin cheeks folding cushion and was was designed by a woman whose partner has PN. It’s a bit more expensive than a lot of other cushions but it’s the only one that works in that the design of it keeps your perineal area from touching down on a hard surface. and it’s adjustable to accommodate your specific anatomy. I have one and don’t go anywhere without it. I also bought a cover for it and it looks like a cute bag.

I have that one and use it in the car occasionally. I still can't adjust it quite right for full comfort but it helps on long drives.
