Hi, I share the same pain. I suggest you ask your GP to refer you to a urogynaecologist and also see a physiotherapist specialised in women's health physio.

Doctors have prescribed me an antidepressant medication used for nerve pain. I also do pelvic floor physiotherapy and take a supplement for neuropathic pain. It takes months to start feeling better, but it works. You need to find a good urogynaecologist, first of all

Normal over-the-counter painkillers (such as ibuprofen and paracetamol) do not work for neuropathic pain.

I am on Amitriptyline for this, worked for a while but now seems to have stopped. Finding it very difficult to even get a doctors apt at the moment.
