Sacrowedgy?

Has anyone used the sacrowedgy? If so what symptoms has it alleviated? I just learned of it but I believe it's been around for decades. It's used both at home and by physical therapists for piriformis and more. It's inexpensive so I'm going to order but curious about anyone else's experience. Thanks.

I haven't used it yet. Amazon has many reviews mentioning back, hip, and also tailbone SI joint, pelvic pain and more. Sacrowedgy.com has some videos and YouTube has others.
