PNE Decompression surgery

had decompression surgery in USA on right side, took 26 months to feel full effect. Found my nerve was wrapped so tightly with scar tissue and varicose veins it indented my nerve and it was permanently damaged, PNE can cause prolapse and I had cystocele and rectocele, so bladder and rectum hung out for four years and no Doctor in Canada would do surgery because they said it would make pain worse was not taking chance. Dr. Lemos brought to Canada from Brazil by Dr. Alan Gordon as for his knowledge of PNE. Stay away, he was so aggressive with surgery doung fou surgeries in one causing more, worse issues. He had said he would do one surgery at a time and when I woke up found he did many. Other Dr’s I have gone too are shocked at him performing all of them together because of recovery, made me worse. When I tried to talk to him because for first time ever I woke vomiting profusely and hallucinating for hours, eventually stopped breathing while he kept telling nurse to tell my husband he must take me home. My husband refused taking me home in that condition, just like another man that had his wife operated on bilaterally.

This man told me I just wanted drugs, was drug addict avoiding work and was mental. He etroyed my career as a Social Worker nd mocked me at hospital meeting about my career. I had excellent reputation and now this is on my records because he was angry at me telling him of issue and his hate for Canadian Dr’s He voiced to me he is trying to get into USA as a surgeon . I know from Dr.Gordon who brought him from Brazil to Canada that he was delayed couple times due to his passport etc. which went on for over a year. Beware, other Dr’s in his field voiced to me, he is too aggressive

I haven’t read many good reviews on Dr. Lemos. I read that he is rude, indifferent and a butcher in surgery.

I am so sorry you were treated with no dignity and you were labeled mental. I know the feeling. The same thing happened to me.

I had severe PNE on my right side. No doctor I saw in 2008 in BC believed me.I was gas lighted.

In June 2009 Dr. Gordon referred me to the best in the US. I was officially diagnosed there in September 2009.

I came home to Vancouver, Canada and my GP furiously said she didn’t believe the US specialist plus she said my Pain specialist had dropped me. I was left sedated, neglected and I almost died in early 2011.

I hope you can find the help you need.

Marc Toglia in Pennsylvania and he was wonderful…there is also a pelvic pain Dr in Annapolis MD dr. Marvel he was very good as well

I saw Dr. Stanley Antolak in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has retired. He saved my life.
