How small are they?
If you have 3 depending on the sizes.
I have one which is 8cm and gives me issues with very heavy bleeding and discomfort. I had fibroid embolization 3 weeks ago and waiting to see if things improve.
I have a few that are around 5cm and I do get a bit of discomfort depending on the time of the month.
