You don't mention if you have had surgery that would be the cause of scar tissue forming? Have you had any exploratory tests done to determine the cause of your pain? After 13 surgeries I have adhesions on bladder, Bowel, abdomen and pelvis. This causes Dysfunctional bowel requiring daily trans-anal irrigation and Dysfunctional bladder pain syndrome.

I get severe spasms in abdomen that feels like a vice on my organs, also experience like a burning tearing feeling if I overstretch.

I see a specialist physio who does Visceral abdominal massage to help loosen tissue, also vaginal pelvic trigger point therapy. It helps with spasms and intensity of pain.

My consultant administers botox Injections into pelvic floor and injections into bladder. Combined these treatments help with easing of pain and spasms, doesn't eradict pain but gives some short lasting relief.

Would advise an appointment to consult with your doctor on possible causes to determine pain and possible tests/treatments that would be beneficial for you.

Wishing you good health and a positive outcome.

I have had everything taken away and adhesions done. The last op. I had laser surgery to relieve an adhesion on left hand side fastened to bowel. They said they had left one on right hand side, but it was of no significance. They confirmed also that the Endo had gone, that was thirty years ago. Thanks for your reply and all the best.
