Rectocele with intercussion

Hi could any please give me some advise i have rectocele with intuccsion it was 2 and half centimetres a year ago im hving constant feeling as there something up my but even after going poo ive also pain in lower back now and pain down my left leg can anyone come up with a solution h how id feel someway normal again cant do alot with this discomfort worse of all noone believes me do see a pysio but cancel cause of corona she just tell me sqieeze and then relax ten times a day i really want to feel normal without this feeling up my but 24 seven any ideas would be helpful
