Hi

The other day I experienced pain from tummy to genital area, I lying down I placed warm heat pad between my leg and genital area for the pain but in return this started burning pain to my inner thighs, genital area including penile and anus.

I'm also getting tingling pain to my legs, feet, hands and arms

I do have experience of nervous system issues but getting genital, things and everything else at the same time is painful

I really could with some advice as to what's going on and what can be done

Hello my name is Debbie. I have similar burning symptoms. I have Pudendal neuralgia. But it sounds like you may have another nerve involved. Have you hurt your back at all? Do you ride a bike? You may wanna find a specialist to help first diagnose the problem. Sooner than later with this kind of a condition. Normally as a woman I found a gynecologist who dealt with pelvic floor issues and nerve problems. Look into them maybe they can direct you to someone who can help you. Also look into a pelvic floor physical therapist. Maybe find a pain management doctor that can run a few test on you as well. I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help. I’ve been suffering with this for 19 years and just was definitely diagnosed only 5 years ago. Don’t give up. There is hope out there. If you need to talk to someone private message me ok. Deb

If the pain is centred on the peritoneum (between the anus and scrotum), then it could be a prostate problem, because I know from personal experience that referred pain from it can be anywhere between your naval and your knee (and everything in between!). The problem with prostate disorders is that they are difficult to pin down: bacterial prostatitis may not show up in urine tests and pelvic pain syndrome may affect it without the prostate itself being the main cause. I'm afraid a visit to the doctor (if they'll see you these days) is probably the best thing if it continues.

PS Although it's very tempting to apply heat to the area (because that's the typical treatment for many pains), this is a very sensitive area - as you've discovered! You might want to try a warm Sitz bath, using Epsom salts.
