Hello I have a rectocel and my GP dont do nothing .Can rectocele get worse?I ask for surgerry but he said don't need.I am worry and what can I do kegal and eat fruit .

I have never been free of pain since surgery. Do NOT insist on it especially if your GP advises against it.

In the future can get better.the pessary is it work for rectocel?

They couldn't fit a pessary for me as I have no cervix due to previous surgery though I understand from women that have had one fitted that it can work.
