Hi Benhur1 I'm male and have suffered with irritation of pudendal nerve since Oct 18. I've had to go private for physio in London but am also on the NhS Ucl pain clinic books now - it took 9 months. You have to go to your local pain clinic first and asked to be referred to UCL pain clinic who have a multi disciplinary team that have a good understanding of pudendal neuralgia. Unfortunately covid came along so I went to the UCL conultant in Oct 19then the male introductory clinic before Christmas but my follow up with physio, psychologist is on hold. In the 9 months waiting I saw a consultant privately and have had a number of nerve blocks and have seen two physios who have different approaches to the condition. One of these I started with in Jan 19 the other in Feb this year. Again this has stopped because of covid so it is still work in progress. The names are Suzanne Brooke referred by the private consultant I went to and more recently Marta at Sayers Clinic. Both are in London. Please note this condition effects people in different ways and what works for someone may not work for another - it is very frustrating. I am still suffering and waiting for improvement but I am going to persevere with the stretches I have been given and will resume seeing the private physio once they are open again.
Here you go - search the PT's in Europe - if you want to talk I am happy to arrange a time that works for you as well. I am located in the Los Angeles area. pudendalhope.info/ Bob
