Hi Everyone- just wanting to confirm is obturator internus muscle at 9 o’clock, 10 o’clock, or 11 o’clock or between 9-11 o’clock on pelvic floor clock.? Wanting to know for internal wand home therapy. Anyone whom is doing their pelvic wand home therapy on their own, I would be grateful for instruction on how to tackle this muscle specifically. Thanks to all I advance!

I sent you an email but I asked my PT and she said it's 9 + 10 o'clock...don't go up as far as 11 or 12 that's too far
