We have Dr Hibner in Phx who is a pudental nerve specialist, I called but I am not covered with my ins even if I wanted to go to him but my physical therapist thinks that my pf pain is not so match the pudendal nerve as my levator muscles either way she's doing nerve flossing exercises for me which seem to really help it .Anyway the way he works is you get the special MRI and then he does Botox to relax the whole area and from there it depends but he sent my pt a patient so he works closely with pts also.. my journey has been about 6 months with terrible pain but I am on cyclobenzaprine muscle relaxer and between that my home excercises ,breathing and my physical therapy it's helped a lot but I still may get Botox... I have to wait until I've exhausted other avenues before my insurance will cover it.I really hope and pray you find help but I believe you can email Dr hibner in Phoenix and he will tell you where you can go in your area... And also you cancheck out in England where I'm from there seems to be a lot of help with pudental and pelvic floor issues... Stay in touch and let me know how you're doing... Audrey

What kind of pain did you have?for example was it pudental nerve or Levator Ani(muscle or nerve or both)?I think Lyrica is not tolerated well by some people but it's working for you clearly
