Hi this is a new departure for me - I have been in constant pain in the pelvic /vulva region for just over six months - CBT was helpful for relaxation and expectations, bowl and bladder specialist nurse very helpful in pelvic floor exercises GP diagnosed low mood. but despite help and medication I still have the original pain I consulted about last August. Any advice will be welcome.

Depends what is causing the constant pelvic pain. There are quite a few conditions which may need further investigation. Pain is only one symptom. Don't give up and go back to your GP and ask for further investigations especially if it is causing you problems day to day. You need to clearly say to the GP that you have followed their advice and treatment but that you are still in pain and need to be seen by a specialist.
