Pain in pubic bone

Title pretty much explains it all really. Got like a burning sensation running up from basically the clitoris into the belly button, but worse at the base of the pubic bone. It feels like a bruise or like I've bumped it, but doesn't hurt any worse to touch. Should also mention I've had 3 UTIs in 3 months and a kidney infection that all came out of nowhere in November last year, and I worry it's something related to that!
