alpha blocker success?

hello i would like to ask if anyone has tried an alpha blocker for perinal pain,cpps/cp and found any success?

can alpha blockers ease pundendal inflammation?

i have pelvic pain,perineal pain due to finasteride use whichi is permanent atm...

-my pain is between the anus and testicles

-i have low ejaculate volume

-weak errection

-weak urine stream

-cant push urine out forcefully

i have seen people like me have success with combo of cialis+ minipress or another alpha blocker

alphablockers will likely help with your urinary symptoms, but may not impact your pain.
