Hi i' m here for my husband who have important pain for clunealgy

What was your husband’s initial symptom? Has he had any surgery since this started? What medications was or has he been given?

I m italian and i am pediatrician...i hope to write correct in english.

Sintoms start about one year and half....it was a nevralgic pain open tge iliac crest...very important ( in the sit the pain was worse).

He had a lipome in that side and we make exeresis with surgery in march 2018...then he had a little relief of pain for about 20 days but suddenly the nevralgic pain resappeare....he had a granulome in the same side and we make an other surgey in may 2018...then another granulome...surgery in october 2018

We havent granulome's recideive but the pain never leave him.

We tried Tramadol and Rivotril.

We are in care by pain unit and we tried in december a cluneal block with lidocaina with a benefice for 2 hours.

We make in jannuary radiofrequency with no result...the pain was worse.

Now I want to follow the ideas of this pain center but i want also open a way for surgical releaese if the pain teraphy isn't sufficient.

And so I need information of Nantes cente.
