Can anyone else feel twitching/spasms with no pain

I just wonder if anyone else can relate to this. I have vulvodynia and high tone pelvic floor dysfunction and I can feel twitching/spasms in my vagina, towards my urethra, and my rectum. It's feels similar to when you get an eye twitch but its like in the muscles down there. It isn't painful but it is really distressing and annoying. Does anyone else experience this sort of thing or know what it may be? Is it just a symptom of pfd?

I also have high tone pelvic floor dysfunction and vulvodynia and the spasms usually cause urgency and needing to pee all the time, and I know what you mean. It’s not painful but it’s so constant and annoying. I’ve noticed after taking diazopam suppositories that the twitching/spasms happen less
