I’m now 26 days late on cycle day 62 with NO chance of being preggo... what’s the story? I’ve never had a regular period anyway so until today I wasn’t too worried but this is crazy long.. does anyone else have problems like this and can speak on this? I’m suspecting something like Endo or PCOS, although I’ve had several ultrasounds in the last year. Would they be able to detect PCOS from that alone?
I’ve been to the Gyno and the ER for pelvic pain within the last 5 months. They found a small cyst on an ovary but other than that they said they couldn’t find anything. I have constant pain in my ovaries, vagina, and rectum. The pain sometimes gets so bad it shoots down to my leg and foot.
Should I keep bugging my doctor or find an endo specialist?
Much love y’all

It's possible you have pcos cysts can come and go but there as other things that can affect your cycle stress, diet, too fat, too thin, other medical conditions the list is endless. I would seek doctors advice it could be gyney related or a trapped nerve somewhere as with that pain shoots down legs and elsewhere or even ibs if your bowels play up. I hope this helps x
I agree with Fireflygem. Shooting pain down the leg is usually caused by an inflamed sciatic nerve. You need to see a neurologist and a neurosurgeon. You need a MRI that is specifically for nerves. You may need a nerve block with both anesthetic and steroid. The sooner you get the nerve block, the sooner your nerve can calm down IF the nerve ( or another nerve ) is the issue.
How would you describe the vaginal pain? How would you describe the rectal pain? How can you tell it’s your ovaries? You are really in sync with your body. ( most women are....I never felt ovulation though ).
