Hi there! I am new here. I have severe sciatic pain, which involves my groin, hip, down the leg and also my ovaries. How could my ovaries be involved?

Your symptoms sound like an enlarged cysts, which can compress the sciatic nerve, causing sciatica. This condition is characterized by pain in the lower back and buttocks, and sometimes down the back of the legs, groin and yes, your ovaries. I would recommend if you're comfortable with it, to get a MRI or CT scan. Even a simple pelvic exam might be enough to at least get the ball rolling. I'm sorry you're dealing with this pain and I do hope you'll feel better soon.
